Who owns Istiqdam360, and is the company registered?
It is owned by Sahm Alkarar Company, commercial registration 7050745707, with an office in Riyadh and a parent company in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. You can verify the registration through the Ministry of Commerce.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law. If you prefer, we install the system on your own office's server. Either way, the data is yours.
How long does it take to go live?
14 to 21 days until the system is working in your office. It starts with uploading your Musaned file and reviewing your data with us.
What does technical support cover?
Small changes to the system and answers to your how-to questions. Major changes are quoted separately. It is free for the first three months, then optional at 8,000 SAR per year, which you can pay in two payments of 4,000 SAR.
Is it a monthly subscription?
No. You pay for the system once and it becomes an asset of your company. After the first year you pay 2,000 SAR per year for hosting, and technical support is optional at 8,000 SAR per year after the first three free months.
What if I don't like the system after the trial?
You pay nothing. The trial is free and carries no commitment.
Do I keep my data if I change my mind?
Yes. You can export workers and contracts to Excel at any time. Your data is yours.
Do I need my own server?
No. The first year of hosting is free with us. If you prefer your data to stay on your office's server, we install the system there.
How do I move my data from Musaned?
Export the file from Musaned and upload it. The system imports it in one click.
Does it support e-invoicing?
We connect the system to ZATCA if you want that.
Will my office logo appear on documents?
Yes. Your logo and office details appear on contracts, invoices and every document.
Does it work on a phone?
